Hammersmith and Fulham have set up a virtual, young people’s advisory group for young people with SEND. The group will discuss and explore the current issues concerning young people with Special needs and disabilities in the borough and aim to plan, design and co-produce local services and support to ensure accessibility and inclusive services for all those with SEND in the borough.
The current focus will be pathways to independence which will include work experience and employability skills.
